Pune District Collector has vouched to award 25% bonus to the landowners who are willing to voluntarily give up their land for the greater cause of Inner Ring Road (IRR) project in Pune. However, PMRDA anticipates challenges due to the proximity of the project to developed areas. Meanwhile, ORR has gained significant momentum. Both the projects aim at decongesting traffic in Pune.
