Build, Dig, Repeat! PMC to Excavate 500 km of Roads for CCTV Camera Wires
PMC is set to excavate 500 km of road network to install 1,000 new CCTV cameras for better surveillance of the city. Although initiated with goodwill, PMC is facing backlash from Pune residents for repeated digging of roads. Citizens hope for lesser financial strain this time and also better coordination between agencies.
