PMPML has failed to provide its commuters with proper civic facilities. Amidst the rising heat, commuters expect some sort of relief from the PMPML authorities in the form of bus stops. PMPML claims that action has been issued but the process may take a while, resulting in inconvinience to lakhs of passengers.
