Court Favours Pune's 'Original' Burger King, Stays High Court Order
The legal battle between the two famous eateries- Burger King (Pune's old restaurant) and Burger King Corporation (US fast food franchise) dates back to 2014 when the latter entered the Indian market for the first time. However, a Pune court ruled in the former's favour in July 2024.
