Due to water shortage as a result of intense summer heat, residents of Pune are resorting to the usage of tankers. The residents' heavy reliance on water tankers has led to a shocking number of 38,532 of sale in the month of February only. The unreasonable use of tankers coupled with other obstacles has resulted in major concerns over the water situation in the upcoming summer months.
