Notices have been given to 221 builders as of yet and fine worth Rupees. 31.48 lakhs has been collected by PCMC on account of environmental violations and contribution to air and noise pollution. Industrialization is indirectly affecting general public health. PCMC has set eco-friendly guidelines, to maintain which, a 32-member team has been employed. Non-adherence will lead to suspension of construction activities.
