Drop in the Sales of Water Tankers in Pune with the Rise in GBS Cases
Since private water tankers are the main source of water supply in many residential areas, their sales have drastically declined due to the Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS). The spread is mainly concentrated in the Sinhagad region of the city. The residents have resorted to borewell water, resulting in a crash of water tanker prices.
