Commencement of the Creation of the First Trump Branded Office Spaces to Set Off in Pune

Pune will soon host India's first Trump-branded commercial office project, Trump World Center, developed by Tribeca Developers in partnership with Kundan Spaces.

Spanning 1.6 million sq ft on North Main Road in Koregaon Park Annexe, the project involves an investment of ₹1,700 crore, with sales potential of ₹2,500 crore. This marks the Trump Organization's first office project in India and second venture in Pune, following its luxury residential Trump Towers.

Pune is all set to have a second Trump-project, after the Trump Towers in Koregaon Park. The second project is said to be a commercial office project, unlike the first one which is a luxury residence. With the completion of this project, India is set to have the largest number of Trump Towers globally.

The project will feature 27 floors of office space, a luxury retail boulevard, and India's first Trump Club for business leaders. Eric Trump stated that the development will set new standards of sophistication in India's commercial real estate sector. With more projects in the pipeline, India is set to have the highest number of Trump Towers globally.
