Apartments in Law College Road Surge to the Highest Limit
For FY 2025-26, Pune's Ready Reckoner rates rose by 4.16%. Law College Road is now the costliest residential area, surpassing Koregaon Park.
Properties in Law College Road, Pune have skyrocketed. The area now proves to be the costliest in the city in terms of residential space. Law College Road has also surpassed the prices quoted in Koregaon Park- which was the most expensive area at one point of time. On the contrary, Naded Village is said to have the cheapest land.
Apartment rates are ₹16,810/sq.ft, while offices cost ₹19,340/sq.ft. Jangali Maharaj Road has the priciest shops at ₹44,150/sq.ft while Nanded village has the cheapest land at ₹200/sq.ft.
