PMPML Announces Special Bus Services to Major Temples for Maha Shivratri Tomorrow

PMPML to Provide Special Bus Services to Devotees on the Occasion of Maha Shivratri
To facilitate devotees visiting key temples on Maha Shivratri (February 26, 2025), Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd. (PMPML) has arranged special bus services from Pune and its suburbs. Key routes and timings have been allocated for buses running in several areas of the city.
One bus will start at 5.30am first, from Katraj Snake Park to Baneshwar (Cheladi Phata, with 11 buses running every 20 minutes. Another one is expected to start at 3.30am from Swargate to Nilkantheshwar (BSF Center, Panshet), with 14 buses (including 12 additional), every 10-15 minutes. The last bus will travel from Nigdi to Ghoradeshwar Mandir Paitha and start at 5.20am, with 24 buses running every 10-15 minutes.
PMPML has introduced special bus services particularly for devotees celebrating Maha Shivratri. Various routes and timings have been reserved only to make the travelling experience hassle-free for devotees. These bus services are exclusive for the festival and will run through various areas in Pune in large numbers, and often. Besides these, the regular buses will stay operational as well.
Apart from these special bus services, the regular PMPML routes (61,296,296A,52A,228,305,341,342,368,371) will also be operational. PMPML encourages and urgers the devotees and passengers to use these special services for a smooth and hassle-free journey.
